Our next event is on 16th & 17th December 2023.
This is the form you need to submit to participate.
We will be asking you to provide evidence to support your application.

There are just a few terms and conditions that need to be adhered to in order to work with us.

  1. Your pitch fee must be paid no later than 7 DAYS after you've submitted your pitch form.
  2. We do not guarantee exclusivity over stall holders. There may be other Stall Holders selling similar items. We expect a High footfall for this event so this should not be an issue.
  3. The entrance time throughout the day on 16th December & 17th December 2023 is from 8am. The last admission for Vendors will be 10:30am. Any vendors arriving after this time will not be gained access.
  4. Please note, due to health and safety, once you're situated at your pitch, you may not be permitted to move whilst the event is open. We will shut gates at 5pm and vendors will be able to leave shortly after.
  5. Full public liability and safety must be adhered to and proof of your certificates will be kept on file.
  6. You will be responsible for your own rubbish and disposal thereof YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BINS.. We take no responsibility for refuse as we cannot dispose of this. You will be liable for a rubbish collection charge of £100 should you not follow these terms.
  7. You must provide your own Electricity should you need it, we will not be providing power.
  8. Lighting is by means of flood lighting, you must bring your own lighting for your stalls if required.
  9. In the event of the event cancellation, a full refund of the pitch fee will be sent
  10. If you as the Stall Holder cancel for the event, then you will not be refunded any pitch fee paid.
